What we collect

Public court record information about cases (party names, case numbers, court events); contact information — either from public-record research services or provided by you; the content of your messages with us; and documents you choose to send us for preparing your paperwork. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

To tell you about a public lawsuit that names you, to prepare documents at your direction, to support you while your case moves, and to comply with the law. We do not sell your information. We do not share it except with the service providers needed to operate (messaging, email, payments) and as required by law.

Text messages (SMS)

We text only people who opted in. You opt in by submitting the SMS consent form on our website, by texting us first, or by giving us your mobile number when you contact us. Messages are case notifications, deadline reminders, replies to your questions, and confirmation when your documents are ready. Message frequency varies by case. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately and permanently; reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Opt-outs are honored permanently.

We do not share your mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We disclose your number only to the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and where required by law.

What we keep as proof of consent. When you submit the consent form we record the date and time, your IP address and browser, and the exact consent wording you agreed to, so we can show when and how you opted in.

We honor the Indiana Do Not Call registry.

Email

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Opt-outs are honored permanently.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete what we're not legally required to keep.

Security

Client information lives in access-controlled systems; documents are shared only with you. No system is perfect, but we treat your situation with the discretion we'd want for our own.
